Never in my life have I been treated so incredibly rude! I walked in with my twins because my new job requires me to have a drug screening. The woman at the counter did not say hello, how are you, or crack a smile. Instead, she says do you have someone to watch them? I said no. She then says well then we can’t help you because our policy is you have to have someone to watch her children. I said you’re kidding me? I said this is a simple urine test for my new job, they sent me the paperwork and told me to come here. I said I need to speak to your manager. So this other woman walks up to the counter and says our policy is posted right over there(and points). I said my kids don’t start their childcare until next week when I start my new job! I have to have this done before hand. I also said I have been to quest multiple times and have had no issues with having blood drawn and having urine samples done with my children in tow! She started talking, I turned around and walked out. I will never go back there again! What happened to customer service? I never said I need anyone to watch my kids! I could have wheeled them into the restroom with me!
