Save your money, they play games and nickel and dime you. Awful management. Plus your rent goes up $ 100+ each year with no updates on property. Next door or other places in the area like champions walk or sun chase are much more competitively priced and constantly offering better incentives.

Safe and quiet area, nice apartments property manager is very caring and a great guy to work with. Maintenance staff are good and they fix things within 24 hours unless you have a emergency but within 24 hours. You can pay your rent online threw there website, you also can reserved a parking spot if you request it, cost $ 25 a month but worth it if you want your own parking spot. Only thing I don’t really like is they have a valet waste service which is someone comes out 5 days a week and collects your garbage for you and takes it to the dumper. Its a $ 15 a month fee and you can’t op out of it, its mandatory but other than that its a great place to live.
