Long John Silver’s

Stay far away from this restaurant! Their manager will use the excuse that they are understaffed, but the staff they have is definitely unattentive, and undertrained. I was told at the drive thru to pull up to the window where I waited 15 minutes in line just to order. I presented a coupon for a $ 19.99 dinner 12 pieces of fish 3 large sides and 12 hush puppies. I was then parked in front of the store for 20 minutes waiting for the food. When it was finally delivered to my car they had forgotten the Hush Puppies, so I sent my son inside! Another 15 minutes later he returned with my receipt and the hush puppies. Looking at my receipt I realize why my bill was so high, they never applied my coupon. That was the whole reason I was asked to pull to the window in the first place! The manager was not apologetic, nor was the staff. The restaurant was a mess, and so was the kitchen. If you want quality food, at a reasonable pace, stay far from KFC Long John Silvers on State Road 70! The owner should be ashamed!
