If you like fun and happy atmosphere then this is a place for you, sometimes it gets smokey but the bartenders are great and the beer is good, the love shows are great and the customers are great friendly people, during events (get down, turkey crawl etc etc) it can be a great place to make friends and socialise

Fun place, good music and good people only negative is they let people smoke in there and that SUCKS!!! Other than that it is fun!

We walked in and it was too smokey so we walked right back out. Dark but seems authentically Irish and it seems there is a sister McCabes in Ireland from the article near the door. Probably will not eat there ever.

In terms of a spot to drink it’s a pretty cool, gritty little place. People are friendly and décor is cozy. No food.

Ever walk into a bar for the first time and felt you were where you belonged? It doesn’t happen often, but here it did. Friendly bartenders, the owner makes you feel like an old friend and they have Young’s Double Chocolate Stout on draft. Desert in a glass. I am almost glad I don’t live too close to Mccabes, I would be here way too much!

OK how can a Irish Pub with live music right across from the water after an amazing dinner at Pier 22 be bad. Our bartender was actually from Dublin (I am definitely a fan of this man) He was very impressed with my «Car» bomb abilities. Wish I could have stayed a bit longer, but definitely will be back to party Irish style.
