McDonald’s

Very convenient. Next to our motel. We ordered through drive-​thru. The associate was nice and repeated all orders to make sure he got everything. We ordered the 20pc chicken nugget combo meal (large fries and large drink), 4 apple pies, and Oreo Mcflurry. The chicken nuggets were pretty good nice and crispy. The fries were okay. The apple pies were warm. I’m not sure how the McFlurry is suppose to be now, but it wasn’t mixed. All they did was served the vanilla ice cream (wasn’t full to the top) and sprinkled Oreo crumbs and that’s it. From other McDonald’s I’ve gone to, they always mix it, right? Well, I don’t know but still taste good.

Omg I just sat in the drive thru line for over 12 minutes! ! First I pull into the order lane and was the only car… still I had to wait there. Its a two at a time drive thru and even another car pulled up to the other line and they were served before me! Ok so I finally get to order and they asked me to hold on three times during my ordering process. Mind you I only ordered a cheeseburger and snall fry! So I pull forward and wait… and wait. …and wait… after 10 minutes waiting to even pay and the cashier is having a family reunion with the car that had got served before me… I was mad… I pulled out of line and left to go across the street to Wendy’s. Thats another review… I’m here in line too… Omg just as bad… all the restaurants on this strip are ghetto as ghetto can get! Dont get off 75 at this exit… keep going!

I have to echo what everyone else is saying, WORST SERVICE EVER. Also like what is mentioned before everyone has insanely bad attitudes toward customers.
We live close by so have been there 3 times:
First Time: Order in the drive through, waited to pay, got to the window to pay and they NEVER put in our order, they just skipped it so it caused all kinds of trouble and they acted like it was OUR fault they decided never to put our order in.
Second Time: Got 3 cheeseburgers, all with only meat in cheese. Got home find out two were ok, the third had everything on it we did not want. Not too bad, but getting two out of three was almost like they said «screw them» and just threw it in there, which is par for the course at this McDonalds.
Third and LAST time (9÷8÷15 at 8:20pm): Sat at the drive thru window with three cars behind me, waited about 15 seconds, someone said they would be with me in a minute. Waited another minute and as there was 3 people behind me started saying «hello?». Waited another minute and screamed hello for about 30 seconds. Decided to drive up to the window and the employee looked at me and went back to looking at her nails. She looked up enough to just give me a dirty look, and went back to her nails. She was not even taking the orders of the people currently in line, just sitting there. Drove up to the second window, was greeted by a different employee who said the lady in the first window was worthless, but he was nobodies b@tch so if I want to talk to the manager I can go ahead. YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS UP. Manager came by, was nice enough but you could tell he had nothing to work with. Decided it was time to leave, for good. It is sad too, we live close by, have 3 kids under 7 and my wife and I both work, we would have liked to have used this place more often.
I cannot agree more with the previous reviews who talked about the awful service. Never have I seen such a terrible McDonalds, and the reviews of the awful service have been going on for over 10 months (since ¹²⁄₂₀₁₄ from what I can see)! It appears no one cares or is willing to even try to get this place to even acceptable standards.
Down the road about a quarter of a mile is a WalMart, and there is a McDonalds in there. I have been there about 5 times and they are cool, if you need McDonalds please go there! For the love do not go to this McDonalds! I can’t make up how terrible the service is, and how the employees just don’t care and are even angry at you when they mess up. This has been going on for sometime, so any improvements are not coming. Go ANYWHERE else.

Nicely remodeled but it is crazy to me that no one knows how to use the tap and pay and the manager on duty, San, was about as rude and inconsiderate about it. Ashley the cashier said she was new and unaware of this ability but was the only one with a smile and interest in learning it but the management didn’t seem to give a flip. Shame. At least the food was good. Customer service, not so much.

Was hungry so took a stop. Terrible food. Buggers were cold Mc Chickens were dry as well as they both tasted as if they were old and lying around for a while. the caramel frappé wasn’t well blended and had to chew through the ice and my iced vanilla coffee was watered down. I wouldn’t want to go again.

Unfriendly staff, forgot to give us all our order and then had attitude when I let them know we were missing something. The coffee was so bad that I had to go over to Starbucks and wait in that line for coffee and dump out my McD’s coffee.

Awful service, probably the worst ever at a McDonald’s. Bad attitudes! We waited for the «rest» of our food to come thru the window and she rudely told us we were «done». Drove 3 blocks back to the freeway to discover we were missing 3 items. Returned to the drivethru and both the original young lady and another woman expressed doubt, with attitude. «Didn’t I hand you the orange juice??» We think they probably gave it to the car behind us. My husband asked for the manager and he had the SAME attitude. Sheesh. AVOID THIS LOCATION.
