I wish I would have looked at the reviews first. I waited over 2.5 hours yesterday. I am back today because the problem was not fixed. I was just informed that there were a lot of customers ahead of me so I will be waiting.

We went in to have out AC repaired, paid $ 650. After driving it two times the AC was broken again. They said it would cost an additional $ 350, because the original repair was unrelated. We would NEVER go back! This is lying & horrible customer service.

I have always had decent service here on non warranty covered issues with my volvo and BMWs. The gentleman I usually dealt with is no longer there. The work I just has done was quoted at 279.00 and when I picked it up my bill was 669.00 with the only explanation being «we needed more parts». I received no call authorizing additional work. They simply padded the bill because I drove a nice car.
Beware of dishonest unethical practices here. The sad part is that the person I dealt with this time was Mr McGee!!!
