Mr Build

I had a very happy experience in using Mr. Build in Bradenton. Richard Dunn was knowledgeable, competent, easy to work with and delivered a great flooring for my lanai at a very reasonable cost. I have mentioned to others about how satisfied I was with his work and lucky to have found his company. I consider him a gentleman and a true craftsman.

It has been my experience that it is hard to find quality craftsmen that are also ethical and reliable in Florida. It’s harder when you’re not living there 365 days and rely on others to «recommend.»
So it’s a relief when you do find a company/​person with all those attributes that outperforms your expectations. That’s what I found with Mr. Build.
We had a few quotes to have our lanai enclosed that were all over the spectrum in price. Mr. Build came out to our location, on time, and talked over our options. They were professional and courteous and did not try and upsell; in fact, they were considerably lower in price than the other competitors.
As I was leaving to head back north, the team at Mr. Build left me completely comfortable entrusting them to do the job in my absence. They secured all the necessary county permits and approvals from the association. The job was started and completed on time and I was appraised of their work along the way. Upon completion, they e-​mailed pictures of the completed work.
I am more than satisfied with their work and have recommended them to friends who have used them as well. Their website showcases a long list of unsolicited accolades and finished projects.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for whatever project (s) my wife dreams up next.
