Papa John’s Pizza

The staff is always very nice and my pizzas are always made so well! I no longer go to Pizza Hut, Domino’s or any other pizza place. This is my favorite pizza and it’s always a great experience! They have great coupons and deals as well which helps! Keep up the great work Cortez Papa Johns, I appreciate you all!

This Papa Johns had great pizza and although we had a bad experience in our wait time we were personally contacted by the Supervisor and comped on our next order. The time and care the supervisors and managers took reflects the type of business and establishment I’ve always experienced with Papa Johns quality and customer service!

Worst pizzia today and didn’t get my free cookie with my pizzia order you just lost my business

My Husband and I are here visiting and decided we wanted a pizza.
Papa Johns is our favorite in N GA so wanted to try it here. The
the one on Cortez did not disappoint. The Lady took our order as usual what was outstanding was the pizza was delivered 25 min. later to a location so hidden I didn’t think a GPS could find. It was very HOT
and delicious! The whole experience was terrific!

Papa John’s pizza is everything! They put in effort, time and care! Especially when I called at 1:24am and they close at 1:30. The delivery guy was nice, understanding and even told me to keep calling because it’s his job. And said they close later 2am on Fridays. He was a good person and positive. Overall I was satisfied and impress at Papa John’s service and the pizza quality at this hour. Thanks guys! And keep up the good work. You are now my pizza place; forget the other pizza places.

New Greek/​Italian pizza is excellent. Cinnamon knots are yummy. Store Easy to find.
Pizza was on time and cashier was courteous.

I don’t know what more I can say but to praise this Papa John’s for excellent service and product. I usually make about 4 orders per month from this place and the service and product never fails to meet my satisfaction. They always do the little things like put my sauces in separate bags so they don’t get hot (per my request), they bring plates, napkins and just overall very friendly drivers, whom I tip well. Kudos to management there. Seriously!!! You guys rock! My last PJ’s experience living in Rhode Island wasn’t a good one. They messed up our orders several times and once took 2 hours and delivered us icy cold pizza… YUCK!!! Just wanted to shout out to you guys… keep doing what you are doing!!! DON’T CHANGE A THING!

Always had fresh, fast delivered pizza from the guys. Just what is promised.

When they first came into town thsi was an awesome alternative to Dominos and Pizza Hut.
Now it seems they have work ed their way down to that level. It used to be a great tasting crust and sauce but they must have borrowed the recipe from the others.
It’s just not as impressive as it used to be. Lots of fancy flavor specials, etc. What happened to the good old Cheese or pepperoni pizzas?
I gave them 3 of 5 just because they still are better than the big chains, but they are slowly creeping downwards.
Also, terrible delivery service. I ordered once and was told 35 – 45 minutes for delivery. It was a simple pepperoni/​mushroom. After 1 hour I called back and they said the driver was on his way. After another 30 minutes I called and said to cancel it. 10 minutes later the driver arrived anyhow. We didn’t answer the door.
Now I am afraid to order from them — I might get a lugie pizza! : – )
