Staff could care less if you use them or not.
Very unfriendly and i have never encountered staff so unwilling to assist you.
I don’t know why they are in business…

Wedding Rental
I rented LOTS of things for a wedding reception… from tablecloths to chairs to place settings. I spoke to several men by phone and they were helpful. They delivered right on time and picked up without an issue.
We did receive a few chairs that were not too sturdy, but other than that we had absolutely no problems. They did a nice job and everything was just what wanted. I would use them again.

Disappointing. All it took was a stop in to see about renting a piece of power equipment. The person, maybe he is the owner, was abrupt and made us feel he had no time to respond to any questions. He was too busy to even show us the equipment we were intending to rent. Go figure. There are plenty of other places to rent equipment.

Tried to rent some items for a party and spoke to the owner, Steve. He was incredibly rude and hung up on my wife and said to call someone else. All she was asking was that he try to send his best equipment because we have received mismatched junk from them before. Apparently that’s all they have because he said they cant meet our expectations… right before he hung up on us. This place is not consumer friendly. Go elsewhere.
