To follow my previous post, after all was said and done, I received a text message from one of the employees! He or she admitted they cancelled our order the night before and after being asked to stop texting me, they threatened that they were «saving my number» along with another text. We proceeded to report this to the customer service hotline and requested a call from the owner within 48 hours… its been a week and still no call. What a bunch of clowns running that place!
