Got a new chain installed while I waited. Zeke suggested street tires for my mountain bike. From knobby to smooth and 100Psi. They are so much faster/easier. A shifter was broken so Zeke ordered a pair at my request. They too were installed for an agreed price. Only one surprise. Zeke gave the bike a quick wipe down so now it shines even more. Very pleased with their customer service and Zeke knows his stuff ! I knew they were busy so I made an approximate appointment to limit loss of use. Just ask and they will help you too.

Took bike in for minor adjustments over a week ago. Was promised 3 days ago, still not ready and when I call they get snippy and tell me they will call me when it’s ready. I have purchased a bike there as well as accessories. This is the last time I will ever step foot in this shop. I would not recommend it to anyone. I will get my bike back today and go to Precision in Lakewood Ranch. Nothing could be worse than Ryder!

I was hesitant to go into this store at first because I have been burned by bike shops before, but I decided to give it a go because I just got a flat and it beat walking the bike back to my house. When I came in, everything was great, I was greeted nicely, I was on track to get the tire and tube replacement I so direly needed. My bottom bracket was not doing well, so I asked if they could work on it too. This is where the issues started, I was told the tire would be done on the spot, then I would get a call about the state of the bottom bracket in a few days. After a few days I went in to check on it, and the bike wasn’t even in the work area, it was exactly where I left it the day I went in. I asked about it and the guy told me ‘well no one called about it, so we didn’t do any work on it.’ Lovely. I gave them the ‘go ahead’ they so desperately needed and then they told me they would call me when it was done. I got the call and I went in to the guy telling me my bike was essentially trash, and asking if I wanted to just take my wheel and toss the rest. I don’t know if this was some sort of scam? It was so out of left field. He said the bottom bracket wouldn’t come off, so there was nothing else to do. So I took my bike as it was, and bought the tools myself, and surprise! I got it off and fixed it for 30 $ and now I have the tools too, so I won’t have to deal with trying to convince someone to fix my bike even though it’s not a professional grade ride.

These guys are awesome. Every time I have been here they have been nothing but professional, courteous and respectful. Have had minor repairs done and will be back!
