I love this Sears Auto Center. I just left after tire rotation and alignment. Had to wait longer than expected because of alignment, and the team here was very professional and pleasant, which made the wait time bearable. Besides some dirty residue left from the auto guys (which happens due to the light interior), of which Matthew cleaned extremely well when I showed him, this Sears does a great job. I have a 2013 Volvo XC70, and I will return in the future.

DONT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
They stripped my bolt, waited 4 hours to tell me, and decided to hand me my keys and say sorry we can’t fix it!
Really!
That was the Manager Debbie Dubbs, that handed the keys to me.
No offer of a solution, no phone call as promised from Corp.
They didn’t bother to help me at all!
Sears I see why you losing all your customers.
