This review pertains to Sears Merchandise Pick-​up only. I do a lot of shopping online and rather than paying for shipping, I pick up the merchandise at Sears. The employees in that department have, so far, all been very courteous and prompt. When the website stated I would have my package within 5 minutes I was a bit skeptical. Sears employees delivered as promised! Keep up the great work!
