First let me start out with how excited we were to of finally found a place that looked nice! Boy were we let down. Upon move in there was blood on our banister, a broken wall railing, a kicked in bathroom door, fried outlets in the bathrooms, stained carpets, broken window latches a broken front door lock and a huge gap in between the door and wall frame to the outside, a huge bug problem, mold in the dishwasher, bad water pressure in both bathrooms and poorly insulated walls as huge heating/cooling bills. I’m so happy to be out of this place. We had nothing but issue upon issue and their way of «fixing» those issues were to try and improvise and not really fix the issues at hand. We had a bug problem meaning ROACH problem bc supposedly the people before us had the same issues as the pesticide guy told me. When I went into the office the manager blamed the issue on us and said we had brought them over from our previous place. Uhhhh. I don’t think so bc we didn’t have an issue like that at our last place. There were tiny and huge roaches everywhere. It was so disgusting. They said they’d fix our front door gap and the way they did that was take a wood chip from outside and stuck it into where the lock was supposed to go and told me it was all fixed. it took them 3+ months to fix the bathroom door that was previously damaged by the previous tenants. They kept bringing the wrong size door and then instead of spraying the spray paint outdoors first, they sprayed a glossy paint inside and didn’t tell me… Mind you I had an infant inside. I ended up having to leave because I got an immediate headache. They never fixed the bug problem. Feel bad for the people who moved in after us. Also because the place was so poorly insulated the heating and cooling bills were outrageous! I mean like 200 $ a month! I live in a house now and it’s like 80 s month. We could also hear all of the neighbors all the time through the walls. Police were there quite a bit from domestic abuse calls. In the end they tried charging us for pet stains that were already on the carpet when we moved in. They never replaced the carpet b4 move in. Then we questioned them about it and they did take off some money but in the end after we paid our final rent and fees they tried saying we didn’t pay and they reported it and we had to call the credit place to get it removed. This place is not worth the money and def. wold not recommend this place ever!

DON’T LIVEUPSTAIRS. This is a nice complex with good location, but we have an upstairs apartment over 3 garage doors and one obnoxious neighbor who goes in and out of her garage door 15 – 20 times a day because she is too lazy to walk around. Her garage is located directly under our bedroom and is very noisy. Also, the walls/windows are very thin, all the outside noise comes in. Management said«too bad.» Just be aware. Don’t take an apartment over someone else’s garage!
