Called them to install a piece of glass… first they tried the let us send out the salesman pitch. I said save it… send the guy to measure and lets get it ordered. called back to find out what was going on as I didn’t here anything back… after much frustartion they finally got it figured out… and installed. But…wait for it… I tried to call and pay and they said they had no idea who I was… eventually some wet behind the ears kid called me to say there was a mistake and low and behold they would take my money… Geez…a week later I had another issue w/​window glass. a friend told me to call HB Windows… within 24hrs my glass was fixed!!! Never going here again!

Lousy service on part of the office staff and salesman. I called and gave them the information on what I needed and was told salesman would call to set an appointment for the estimates on the work. After 10 days of not hearing anything I called back and was told it was unlike the salesman not to call and he would be sure to have him call me. That was two weeks ago I made second call. I guess they don’t need or want my business. With that said I hope this gets their attention if they know about Unilocal

I manage several rental properties in Longboat Key and Bradenton Beach. I have used Sun Window and Door exclusively for 8+ years for service as well as installation of rew replacement windows. They have replaced rollers on sliding doors, replaced parts on old jalousie windows & rescreened for different homes. They have been able to find replacement parts for old Florida windows that no one else can find. On new replacement windows I find them to be well priced and I don’t have to worry– they know what they are doing and the job is well managed.

We have early 1970’s awning windows and were afraid they couldn’t be serviced anymore, but Shaun at Sun Widows did an excellent job at a very fair price. Thank You Sun Windows!
