Called yesterday at noon to make an appointment for an appraisal. Was told he was busy and would call me back. As of noon today no response. Sent follow-​up email no response.
Called again at 3pm and was told the appraiser was out until Monday. Nice. Very professional.
I thought my phone call was important (so that I could give you money to perform your services) you apparently did not think it important.
The worst part is you have the best credentials. Really wanted to use your services. Did my research read the online reviews… It would’ve only taken you three minutes to call me and set up an appointment. Three.
And now I’ll spend the next three minutes calling someone else …
