Normally if you go to any dunks and order an iced coffee, you get the same thing every time, every location. Not the case today.

This place is great and generally helpful. I went yesterday and used my DD app so I could get points. I had a balance of 199 and when you get to 200 you should get a free drink. I definitely spent enough to get 1 point and should have received my free drink on my receipt, in the app and in email. Didn’t get my receipt from the cashier and nothing showed up. So I call customer service today to ask about it and I was told that it was redeemed already. The only person who had access to my receipt was the cashier in the Drive Thru, and I didn’t use it so it begs the question, «Did she use my reward?» Customer service was quick to fix it, and I cant be sure if it was the store or a mess up in the app and such, because it took my points as if I was supposed to get a coupon. Regardless they are generally a great store, just be weary if you use the rewards program and make sure you get your receipt!
