We used frank’s Appliance to repair our refridgerator. We took pics before their guy came out just to protect ourselves in case. Well, as it turned out their repair man damaged our fridge and simply denied it even when I provided before and after pics to prove it. Their management team was quick to avoid me when I asked the tech to speak to one of them. All of a sudden, no managers or owners or anyone was available to talk to. Very unprofessional way of doing business and you will be screwed if something goes wrong.
