I went to get some d rings to make a para cord dog collar for my dog. two sale people and an manager that work there said they did have any. Then this two nice older ladies that work in sew department found them after I show them what I wanted off your web site they found them in sew department. but this associate and manager being so lazy and didnt even try help find what I wanted I always was told customers are service comes first but not in hobby lobby if I was ceo of these company I would come in and re train all the staff and management and if anyone did do good fired them. Don’t get me wrong the store is good but your staff sucks and another thing I had to hunt down your sales people to get help. remember if there is no customer you will have no business.

The store is neat and clean. They have everything crafty. I’d give them a higher rating if it weren’t for the fighting Obamacare based on a religious stance. You can’t hire/discipline/fire your employees based on it so mind your business regarding your employees care for their bodies.

I’ve been using Hobby Lobby for craft projects for as long as I can remember. There may be bigger and more ‘popular’ stores now, but Hobby Lobby is always reliable.

I LOVELOVE that we have a Hobby Lobby out here and this one is great. Always a good deal going on and I could(and do) spend hours walking around. It’s just about my favorite shop in the area, I love it.
