I like these guys and will buy batteries there again. I like their service. They’ll check out a battery for you and actually saved/​revived two of mine that had been deeply discharged. Last time I dropped off a battery for same thing, they accidentally put my used battery on their scrap battery pallet. They made an honest mistake, and gave me a new battery. These guys understand customer service, the value of a good customer service experience, and how to get repeat business. I hope they continue like this. Doing so will retain my business.
