Summers and Falls here are absolutely wonderful! I spent virtually every summer of my childhood and adolescence here. Camping here is fabulous! Spacious, easy pull through spots, amazing panoramic views of the lake, restrooms with showers within walking distance, water and power hook-​ups and picnic tables at every site. The lake itself is wonderful: warm most of the summer, glass in the morning, afternoon chop is great for wakeboarding and tubing. They’ve always been friendly and accommodating at the marina. We’ve never rented anything but new model skis we wanted to test before purchasing but they’ve always been helpful at the rental office.

We stayed at the mobile homes on south shore for 4 nights in July. The mobile homes are outdated and not very clean at all. The carpet in the living room was very stained and dirty and the showers were moldy and scratched. The kitchen was adequate and there was plenty of room for the 8 of us to sleep comfortably. There is daily maid service which is adequate, and the linens were replaced everyday. The lake is wonderful. Calm and very clean beach. I would stay again but maybe in a motorhome. Lots of wildlife to see: deer, cranes, quail, rabbits, etc.

This is a great place to visit in the summer. It’s HOT, but the lake is warm. Cool place to get away, BBQ, water ski, and wakeboard. There’s daily housecleaning included with your rental.
If you’re into camping or RVing, there are campgrounds and hookups as well.
