If you have competitors coupon dont try to use it at this store. I have a Home Depot 15% off, movers coupon. Not only will Lowes not accept it. The associates seem offended if you even ask. Go to Menards. They accepted the coupon, no questions asked. Unfortunatly for Lowes. The fail to realize the denial of the 15% off on this $ 200 of product has made me decide to go to Menards and Sears for the set of appliances I need.

Just moved out here and I’ve tried to work with Lowe’s on a couple of things and results have been disappointing. 1) Bought a refrigerator and their subcontractors that brought it in left 2 scratches in the floor from dragging it incorrectly. 2) Was interested in having them do flooring installation. The guy to come out and do the measurements essentially is a screwball. He calls and we agree an appointment needs to be set up, but he says he can’t set it up until the next week. Ok, fine. then the next day, early AM I hear the doorbell ringing while in the shower A half hour later after I leave, the phone rings, a voice says «are you home?» I said «who are you that is asking?» He mumbles something with an accent. I told him I am heading out he door, and as I had just told him the day before, an appointment needs to be set up first.
He then says, «Can you have someone else let me in your house?» Totally absurd, I’m not giving keys to a neighbor to let this kook of an estimator run loose in my house when I am not home. I called Lowe’s and relayed the story and am getting a refund for the $ 38 estimator fee. This guy is too much of a clown for me to work with. And he made me wonder how incompetent the installers would be.
Lowe’s in Bradley is fine for what you want to buy in the store, but their abilitiies in the delivery and estimation departments are sorely lacking.

Went here yesterday to BUY a john deere riding mower. I knew exactly what I wanted so I went and stood at the counter near the mowers. The guy that was working at the counter was talking with some people he must have known. After about ten minutes of me waiting at the counter he was done talking, he looked at me then just walked away. That was almost the deal breaker but it gets worse. After searching for 5 more minutes I found another person to help me. I told him which mower I wanted to buy, and he said «ok we can get that for you». I asked if they had the the bagger attachment in stock for the mower I was buying. He said «probably» and that was it. I asked him if he could check and he walked away. 5 minutes later he comes back and said they didn’t have the bagger. I said well do you have this mower in stock that I want to buy besides the model on display? He said «there might be one outside». Once again I had to ask him if he could go check. He comes back 5 minutes later and said they didn’t have any, but I could buy the display model. I asked if it was cheaper since it was all scratched up, at the same time one of the managers came up and was standing next to the mower I wanted to buy. When I asked if the floor model was cheaper she said very snotty «No way!».
Your loss Lowes. I was ready and willing to buy the mower and bagger at full price for 2500 bucks. They never even asked me if they could order either of them for me, which I would have done and paid for right then. This Lowes will never see another dime of my money.
Also beware of buying a grill here. They leave them outside in the rain all year! Who wants to pay 400 – 500 bucks for a new weber grill that’s been sitting out in the weather and rain for months. I opened the lid on one and it was already all rusty inside. Same thing with the mowers they leave outside.

The store has vastly improved their service in recent years. I love ordering on-​line for in-​store pickup. Finalize the purchase on the website, pay for it, and you’re in and out of the store within 5 – 8 minutes tops!

Good selection. Good quality. My girlfriend never minds shopping here with me. It’s more than hardware. Lots of décor items and really nice bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Never enough help on hand. Prices are ok. If it’s hardware you are looking for someone else has it a better price.

My husband has been shopping here for years, he probably should own stock in the company by now. I always assumed it was all hardware, paint, grass seed, and lumbar. Boy was I wrong!
That store is awesome, sure it has all the «man» stuff and don’t get me wrong it definitely has the «man feel» but there is so much there! I shop there a lot… they have appliances, outdoor furniture (and a great selection of plants, trees, and shubbery for landscaping… even beautiful rose bushes and hanging baskets at great prices!)
Lowe’s carries Valspar paint, which in my opinion is the best paint. The coverage is amazing and our entire house is painted in Valspar and we’ve never been disappointed (big plus). Lowe’s also has it’s own brand of tools, Kobalt, which are actually really nice.
I have bought all kinds of things here, even pillows, rugs, curtains (and I am very picky in my interior decorating). People come over and ask where I got my things and they are shocked at how much of it actually came from Lowe’s!
