It’s too bad to give the whole place only one star but when the manager is the problem I don’t feel I have much option. (the other employees have been quite nice) The man that is a manager at this store has been repeatedly rude to myself and my mother. He has also made rude comments about me to another local store.
This all began when I went to his store with a problem with my phone. He looked at it and acted like I was an idiot. He pressed a couple buttons, handed it back and said «there». Next day, same problem. Went to tech store over on 45 where I was treated very respectfully and they were able to determine there is actually a software issue with the phone I purchased.
I returned my phone to the mall store and purchased another phone at the store on 45. My mother exchanged her phone the next day and when she went to do so the manager said to her, «you just exchanged that phone yesterday» and tried to stop her… thinking I had made her exchange as well. This guy was accusing my mother. Fine if he doesn’t like me but treating my mother this way was very frustrating.
All I can say is if you need a phone go to the store on 45 where you will be treated with respect and they can fix any problem you have without trying to make you feel like an idiot when they don’t know how to fix it.
