Emailed them through their free quote form on their web site on ⁸⁄₁₃. After hitting send, a message is generated saying someone will be in touch within 48 hours. It’s now a week later and no one ever contacted me. I sent them a complaint email and again the response was complete silence… no contact and no apology. I told them to change their web site so it no longer promises a response in 48 hours. My driveway is about 75×26, not massive but not insignificant, well worth an estimate. It amazes me how some companies can openly demonstrate such a profound lack of respect for one’s time and potential business.
