Honest, Honest, Honest…
Recently brought a jeep in for service, which I had purchased as a used vehicle only 10 months prior, because it was making a strange noise. I wanted an honest opinion before i even thought of dealing with the dealer. Initially, I thought that it was the brakes and/​or a belt issue. To my surprise, Eli found 4 MAJOR issues that were wrong with the jeep and told me that the brakes were fine. He charged NOTHING for the 2 days of diagnostic work and suggested that a jeep with 36,000 miles should not have these issues and recommended that I take it back to the dealer in hopes that the warranty should cover some of these issues or the dealer might be willing to do something for me given the recency of purchase and low mileage.
After getting a less than firm «quote» from the dealer, Eli gave me a quote that was $ 400 less and guaranteed his work. I have used this shop many times in the past and have always been happy with their work and cost and they have always been honest and fair with me and many of my family members. This particular experience especially highlighted their integrity, honesty and dedication to true customer service. I highly recommend!
