Dr Charlene is lovely and the nursing staff is great. Dr John needs a bit of help in the personality department. The problem is the adminstrative staff. The woman at the front desk is an ogre and can be downright mean. The billing staff is aggressive and uncooperative. The charm and patience and easy expertise of Dr Charlene means a lot, but the adminstration can wear you down to the point of wanting to go elsewhere.
