Dunkin’ Donuts

This location is convenient for me. Every morning I always get my ice coffee here and Paul is the best in this coffee shop. I’m very satisfied.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I stopped by to grab some coffee for the family. I ordered a bagel and 4 drinks– 1 medium hot and 3 medium iced coffees. After I ordered the hot coffee the cashier was like what else. I said I needed 3 more iced coffees and she goes «let me guess– mediums» and I confirmed that I wanted mediums. Lo and behold when I got the iced coffees they were all smalls already in a foam cup so I couldn’t tell they were smalls until I got home. Maybe that’s how they are «scamming» people with the sizes. They also didn’t give me my bagel. I should have chcked the drinks but since she repeated my order i figured she would have gotten it correct. Nedless to say i’ll check my orders from now on.
Take your business elsewhere. there’s a dunks at every corner!

Andi, one of the managers is great. She was super helpful, friendly, and understanding of my terrible experience a few weeks ago.
I understand that they can’t add a drive thru, :(, but couldn’t they move to a new spot, for more parking and a drive thru! It would be helpful!
Anyway, Andi is great, Aubrey is not great. Make sure to check your orders before you leave, yet hopefully she will start understanding people soon enough!

I wouldn’t even give this place a star if I could.
The food, coffee and most of the staff is great, but it’s the general manager who needs a wake up call.
He is rude and nasty. I’ve witnessed him completely ignore customers who have been waiting in line because he is busy socializing with either other mall employees in the food court or he just can’t be bothered because «it’s the morning.» He has also laugh in the face of mall employees who just simply ask if there is a mall discount.
Today, I watched him go off on a paying customer for no reason. He called him «a nut» and I «f@&!#ing a**hole» again, for no known reason. I would go here more often if it wasn’t for him.
Dunkin should really come and get rid of this man. I believe his name is Bob.

Dunkin Donuts are everywhere in the metro Boston area but we all know some are better than others. It could be the accessibility/​parking, available drive thru or the staff. Either way we tend to have our favorite «go to» DD’s. This one is near work which makes it almost perfect. No drive thru but easy access in and out of the parking lot makes it not a big deal. Staff here are great. The girls are starting to remember my order which makes me feel welcomed. Pleasant short conversations and a hot cup of coffee to my specifications gets me on the right path before starting work.

Love this little place. Several parking spaces outside. 3 people working in the early morning but service is still quick and they seem to know the regulars. Staff also made some recommendations.
This is definitely better than the one down the road.
