Five Below

I’m torn between 3 and 4 stars. The prices and selection of products definitely saved me this Christmas as I did not have much money this year. I purchased a nice amount of gifts for 5 people for under $ 80 which is great!
However, I ended up very frustrated while shopping because of the staff. As if the store wasn’t already crowded enough, the workers made it even more difficult to shop around, especially this one girl staying in my way for up to 5 minutes organizing the section I was looking at. It was absolutely unnecessary the way they got in the way of my shopping, she could have worked on any other section around me, but instead chose to get right in my way, CLEARLY being an inconvenience and blocking me from looking at the wall I was shopping from.
I thought it was very rude, and I’m not easy to displease. I felt she knew that she was in my way but just didn’t care at all, and it’s not like what she was doing was immediately necessary in that 4ft of space we were in. and then she did it again in a different section, as well as a couple other employees who were a bit guilty of it.
If it happens again maybe I should directly make a suggestion they address their employees to not BLATANTLY get in the way of a customer’s shopping experience. They will absolutely lose money, not everybody is gonna stand there for 5 minutes trying to shop around such a ridiculous inconvenience.
If it were any other time I wouldn’t have boughten anything, because I wouldn’t deal with someone blocking me from shopping like they did.

Average, fine Five Below location. Didn’t have a terrible experience, yet nothing WOWED me. Staff seemed friendly and overall, the store was non crowded, clean, and organized. They didn’t have a few items I was looking for, but overall it was a good stop. So much better than the terrible Five Below in Stoughton.

Came in yesterday, Saturday Dec. 19, and there was a 13 person line, with only 2 registers open. Plus, I only came in for a return, and they said I still needed to wait. Bye bye, I won’t be returning here. Dedham Five Below is SO much better (and more practical in knowing on Saturdays all checkout lanes should be open. Additionally, at checkout the exchange I wanted to make, the employee said she’d do «just this once», while I continually get even exchanges without a question in Dedham. Store still seemed very clean and organized, but the waiting and congestion of the entire right side of the store took away from everything. Too bad, a few weeks ago the experience was great… 2 stars.

If you are cheap you should come here because it only money it goes up to is five dollers .You can get speakers, animal toys, gum and other things like that. Thats why I like five below!!!
