The burgers are always so juicy and the cheese melts so good!

Amazing burgers. Always get the double patty– it is big and filling but so good! The meat is always so juicy, the cheese is melty, and the bun is soft. The toppings are abundant and all fresh! Love the white and red all over the restaurant and the free peanuts.

Shame on you Five Guys. The fountain soda machine broke and we were left to fend for ourselves. I don’t know about you but all I want is a big sip of root beer after a handful of Cajun fries and a cheeseburger. The woman behind the counter offered me a cup of water that I was unable to fill… she clearly didn’t understand that the machine as a whole wasn’t working. It’s not rocket science Five Guys, if the soda machine is broken stop offering the fountain soda. There are so many better options for a quick bite around the area I will not be stepping in here again. Sincerely, your overwhelmingly parched customer.

Annoying. How hard is it to tell the guy punching in your order that you want a cheeseburger, ketchup and mustard and you get home to no cheese, no ketchup no mustard. And the girl making the fries was literally shaking the fry basket so violently that fries were covering the floor… the food waste was shameful! I won’t be back. They are understaffed and not paying attention.

Burgers are cooked to order so there is a short wait for one’s food. They did manage to forget some of the toppings on our burgers but we didn’t make a fuss about it. The fries are awesome and taste fresh. I really like the Cajun fries with malt vinegar and ketchup. They can be a bit pricy(I once bought 2 large French fries for my boys for $ 10) but I think it’s worth it for the real taste of potatoes. They also have in the shell peanuts where you scoop as much as you want. I tend to go crazy here because I have a weakness for crunchy peanuts and they’re tasty too! The service is good. Restaurant was clean. Love that the soda machine offers a million varieties of flavors so one can never get bored. I give them a 3.5 star overall for everything. It would’ve been 4 stars if they didn’t mess up our order.

Staff was rude, skip this location. Bought it online went to go pick up and they barely acknowledge you. Unfriendliest five guys staff I’ve ever seen. I won’t be returning to this location

First time trying Five Guys. First service: The girl who took my order was very friendly and a great sales person. I started by getting a burger and drink. She suggested a shake and I am so glad I got it. Coffee shake with real coffee plus instant and topped with whipped cream– worth the price. Food: The burger was really good and tasty. I also like the burger topping options. Unexpected free peanuts was a nice surprise. I ended up getting the Cajun Fries they tasted good but they were too soggy for me.

Burger tasted great. No complains on the well done as I like my burgers that way. No cheap meat like McDonalds. Negative was how thin each patty was. I know they squish them down on the grill but sheesh, the burgers are paper thin. Then they try to impress you buy giving you two of them smh. Both don’t even equal a quarter pounder. I got a burger without cheese cause the cheese sucks and is too much. Fries are terrible. Both the reg. and cajun. Soggy, paper tasting fries. Never get the fries. Services sucks too. It’s the same service you expect at McDonalds. Clueless employees. Everyone(other than the cashier) stands around scratching their heads. Don’t bother calling in your order. Either it won’t be made or they will just leave it on the shelf(while you’re there) so your food gets cold. Then someone wakes up and goes, oh, so and so is here. Let me hand him his food he’s standing here waiting for. Do they even want to work? This has happened multiple times too. I figure I would be better off just putting my order in when I get there. Price is way too expensive. For a burger, you’re looking at +$ 6.99. And that includes no fries(not that I want them). Sorry, maybe if they used a quarter pound of meat i’d gladly pay $ 7 for a burger.

This place is just«okay» I’m not sure what the fuss is about. It’s worth trying but it’s not something you would write home about.

The food is always cooked to order which we like. However we find the food very greasy and the fries. Cut the fat.

No, somehow we had never been to a Five Guys Burgers. BURGER: 4.25STARS Nicely cooked. Good beef. A ton of included toppings including good stuff like sauteed mushroom and jalapenos. Apparently a «little» one would have been enough, as the normal one was a double. Infinitely better than McDonalds, Burger King, or Wendy’s. Better in my eyes than Wild Willy’s. We have not been to Wahlburgers. FRIES: 4STARS Better than they looked, must be those potatoes they get from farmers whose names they put up on a board. PARKING /LOCATION: 3STARS Cutting to the right away from the mall southbound can be a little challenging with all the folks exiting the highway. The lot gets crowded at lunch as there are several eating options in this little strip mall. SERVICE: 4STARS Everyone was working hard, the cooking took as long as it had to with the burgers being made to order, got to us piping hot. AMBIENCE: 3.5STARS White tile with red accent tile, sort of Fifties Retro. I would say based on this experience I would go out of my way to go to a Five Guys Burgers, attaboy.

This place is very good. Good quality food, hand cut fries, along with fair prices. I do recommend this place.

My grilled cheese was circle shaped and didn’t have enough cheese to stick together… but the fries are great! Staff were… confused? Yelled some numbers and other times they just put the bag down and it sat there while I was wondering why mine was taking so long…

I don’t recommend eating here unless you either a) don’t care about eating healthy, b) care about eating healthy but want to splurge once in a while or c) have a hollow leg that needs constant refilling. And whatever you do, do not look up the calorie info online. Just don’t. That being said, the food is good, especially the fries. Super crispy, super hot, super seasoned, and super sized. There’s only one-size option and it’s massive. Be prepared to share. Or don’t share, if you want to be like that. The burgers are ok. I’m not a huge burger person but I can tell the difference between a made to order burger and a microwaved burger. This is made to order — you can actually watch yours go on the griddle. You can get all sorts of toppings on here if you want to get crazy, and I did. But honestly, all the toppings kid of took away form the burger. I probably should have calmed down a bit. It’s good and the service is nice. That’s all there is to it. Skip the fast food burger and try one of these instead.

Fine for a casual meal if you are craving burgers and fries, but this location is just ok. The cajun fries could use a bit more seasoning but most importantly, they were kind of soggy the two times I have been here. The burger is good, though the bun needs to be a bit crispier.

Ever since they put a Five Guys within walking distance of my house, I decided that I don’t give a @#$% about my physical appearance. All I care about is cheeseburgers, cheeseburgers, cheeseburgers. Oh… and cajun fries. As far as fast food goes, Five Guys is the premier chain in the New England area, not to be reckoned with by any of it’s competitors. Whether it be Johnny Rockets, Tasty Burger, B Good, or even some of the more lowbrow establishments, such as McDonald’s, Wendy’s or Burger King, there is no debate. Five Guys is where it’s at. If you want a good, old fashioned cheeseburger and french fries that you can base your judgment upon all other fries on, this is the place. Anybody that complains about the prices here is just being cheap. You spend about $ 3.00 more per person, but, in this case, you get what you pay for. The value is undeniable. DON’T deny it. The service at this location is always fast and efficient. I have yet to have a single problem with how they manage the seemingly unstoppable rush.
