I normally go here for eyebrow/​lip waxing, but the last time I went they left me with a cut under my eyebrow and lil bumps around my upper lip! I told then it was for my upcoming wedding too. Very upset to say the least! I called and asked to speak to a manager and the woman had no clue what I said b/​c of the language barrier. Ugh I really wish they did a good job! (my friend thinks the wax was too hot, esp. at end of day).

The nail technicians are very thorough and my nails came out very nice. However, the massage is very quick and pretty horrible. I find that just as important as the quality of the nails. Probably won’t return.

Went today for a pedi because I was in the area. Worst pedi, very fast, no message at all. Will not be back.

a friend introduced me to this place, and now I take my mother there. very clean and comfortable, private, reasonable prices and friendly staff. You can have a mani, pedi, massage or even an eyebrow wax. I’ve been back a few times and I’ll be back again. Only problem is, I wish the pampering never ended.

Went for a Mani on a Saturday afternoon. Lots of pleasant technicians who do a quick and thorough job for reasonable price. GREAT OPI and Essie color selection. Will definitely be going back. The salon itself is nice and clean.

I really like L’Image. Its very clean, comfortable and they are very nice. The owner is very sweet and pleasant. This is definitely by place to go on the regular. I get a great pedicure and manicure that lasts. I never have to wait because they have plenty of staff available.

Every girl knows the first brazilian wax can be kind of intimidating and scary, but my first time was far from it. I had the best experince here. I went to Hannah, she is so sweet, comforting and made the whole experience pleasant and oddly enjoyable. lol. She talked to me the whole time and made me laugh, which completly took my mind off everything that «was going on» in the room. Love this place and would recommend this to anyone. :)

Been here a couple of times now and I have to say I really do like the place! Very affordable, clean and friendly. The pedicure was fabulous and I’ve had both a mani/​pedi and the shellac/pedi…for just $ 10 more ($ 43 total) I recommend the shellac because your nails stay looking freshly done longer!
I have never made an appointment and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes… even if I did have to wait longer I wouldn’t mind because I should have made an appointment!
I’ve also had a eyebrow wax done and, for only $ 9, I’m satisfied!

L’Image is my new place for all things beauty. The prices are very reasonable and the staff was very nice. Although it wasn’t super busy, I appreciated that the nail tech. took her time and didn’t rush through my mani-​pedi. I also got my eyebrows waxed and they did a great job. If you are looking for a high end spa, this probably isn’t that place for you but it’s a great value. I love that they have a private VIP pedicure room (although very small) and offer facials as well. It is very clean and relaxing with large flat screens over both mani and pedi areas. Definitely worth a try!

Came here for a manicure this past weekend with one of my roommates. We hadn’t called ahead, so we had to wait about 10 – 15 minutes. No big deal.
The place was huge– and very clean. My nails look great– no complaints.
I’d definitely come back here again.

I have been coming to this salon for a long time through about 3 different owners in over 10 years. The current ownership is much improved from before. I will say not the mot glamorous place if you’re looking for a higher end salon, this is not the place. But, of you’re looking for a clean, very reasonably priced place with a very nice staff, then you won’t be disappointed. I’ve gotten dermabrasions here for years and hands down the cheapest best job. Hannah is the sweetest woman and goes above and beyond EVERY time giving a neck/​arm/​hand massage on top of a great facial that lasts about an hour and half for the beat price around. I’ve also gotten a pedicure there… they have a semi-​private side room, which is nice. I thought the consistent good service I’ve received there is worth Unilocaling (ha) and Hannah, who I believe is the manager is an A+ across the board!

Looks like I have a found a new place to get my waxing and other beauty needs.
L’Image spa is a cute little place tucked in the corner next to a fitness place. Parking is sparse, they have a tiny lot that can fit 3 cars but you can park on the street for an easier convenience.
The ladies here are super nice.
I’ve had Hanna and Lily the times that I have gone there.
Brazillian waxes are a cinch. You are out in about 10 minutes. Everything is nice and clean. Be aware that when the door opens, you are kind of exposed to the main lobby but they give you a towel to cover up your goodies and are very good at not opening the door too wide when they exit to let you change and such.
Mani/​pedis are a deal for $ 33. You get a comprehensive pedicure and they really scrub your feet well. They also end with a nice lotion and oil and hot towels. Its great! Tons of trashy gossips mags to read while you relax and a nice massage chair.
You also get hot towels on your hands too. And they prep your nails real well, so clean and smooth and ready for paint.
They have a good selection of Essie & OPI here. They are not arrange in any kind of order, so have some patience when searching for the right color.
It tends to get busy right after work hours (630pm on) but are open till 8 and usually quite accommodating for walk ins. But on super busy days, be prepared to wait or try to call ahead for an appointment. I’ve done this when I got waxes and usually they are on time. But not sure how much they follow a schedule.
Overall, nice, cheap and relaxing.
note: you can’t leave tips on your card, so bring cash. and nothing under $ 10 is allowed on credit cards.

This place is alright. They do decent manicures and pedicures. The pedicure massages last a little longer than other salons I have been to in the past. Which is a positive for me.
They are not open and mondays and for some reason I always have a desire to want to get my nails done on mondays? Seriously. They close whenever they want. I once made an appointment at 6pm (they said they were open until 7 on sundays) I told the woman on the phone that was the earliest I could come because I was at work in Boston and she told me «Okay see you at 6». This appointment was for a pedi and lip/​brow wax. Well 5 minutes later she calls me back and asks me if I could come at 5:30??? When I told her «No» she said she forgot they were closing early that day? So I wound up going to «Nails by Nancy» which is a whole other review I’m not to crazy about that place at all.
I do reccommend this place just go in the middle of the day. Heidi is my favorite nail tech. Oh another good thing (I’m such a weirdo) they don’t talk alot to the customers just the basic stuff like how are you etc. and not to each either. I hate when they start talking to one another in their foreign language. I think that is so rude.
Prices are reasonable. You can pay with credit cards but you can’t leave a tip with it. The décor is a little better than an average salon. Usually not much of a wait. Parking is tricky. There lot is very small and there is only 2 spots on the street. I think they have a coupon for 15% off any service on there website as well.
