Went here yesterday to be fitted for a strapless bra for my friends wedding. I’ve always been bigger up top so strapless bras are difficult for me to keep up. The salesperson who helped me (Shelia I believe) was a mixture of helpful and useless. I was hoping to be fitted but instead she asked me what size I had been wearing and if I thought they were comfortable (hint: just because I think the bra is the right size, doesn’t mean it is.) Without fitting me, she gave me 2 different products and sent me out back to try, neither fit. My friend went back to ask for different sizes and the sales person seemed put out by this. Tried on the two other sizes, asked for her opinion which she half-​heartedly gave. I ended up buying something but I was hoping for a better customer service experience.

The staff here are very friendly and want to make sure that you satisfied with what you are buying. They offer to measure you to make sure the bra you buy fits well.

I just brought my mother in law here for a bra because she is difficult to fit. The sales woman Barbara was extremely rude and inpatient with her. If finding a bra for my mom was easy, we would have done it on our own! She was just so annoyed and seemed to keep throwing bras our way. I finally asked, «well what is your suggestion?» After just 2 bra trials she said «I don’t know.» She also strangely held the fitting room door open while my mom only had her bra on. Privacy please?
Finally Natasa, another sales person there came to our rescue. She was wonderfully helpful with a smile. If it weren’t for her, I would have completely lost it. The 3^rd clerk behind the counter was also helpful. Phew– what an experience!

I have been a loyal and happy customer of Lady Grace for more than 20 years. Their inventory is good and their staff very helpful. Today I had a return of a defective item and met the manager of the Braintree Store. I have never before come so close to being called a liar. She insisted I must have done something to the nightgown in the 4 days I had it. While she was insulting me, she was picking up the nightgown and repeatedly slamming it on the counter, which I found insulting. I will go out of my way to find somewhere else to shop. Customer service starts when the customer has a problem. I have never experienced worse.

Fitting as awesome I have never had such a great fitting bra. If you are looking for a prosthesis as I was the items were on hand and ready for me to leave with them. Since I’m going back to work soon it was important for me to have the items available that day both the forms and the bras.

I recently noticed that the bras I was wearing seemed to be uncomfortable in various ways. Some were riding up on me whenever I lifted my arms, on most of my bras the straps were continuously falling down. Seemed like I could no longer find the perfect bra. Decided to give LG a try. Wow! Got my first bra fitting ever. Come to find out, I had been wearing the wrong size bra for a long time. Who knew? I was a bit apprehensive about the sales lady telling me that I needed the next larger cup size. Thought, oh boy, these bras will definitely be too big. The sales lady measured me, brought me 3 styles that she thought I would like. OMG! Talk about the perfect fit! Could not believe that my girls had grown up! Ended up buying the 3 bras she brought in to me. The 3 bras were so comfortable. Also made a huge difference in how I looked in my clothing. Went home and threw out all my old bras. It was such a good move on my part. The sales ladies really know their stuff. They are not pushy, and do not try to sell up. Prices are comparable to other stores but the customer service cannot be beat. So glad I decided to try LG. Will definitely go back.

Clerk #605 was extremely rude to me. I went in for a fitting and she asked me where I bought my current bra and I replied Hanes at the Wrentham outlets. She told me the fit was all wrong so I replied I was glad I was coming in to be refit. I did mention however that I was searching for nursing bras as I was expecting. I bought 2, went to see my OB later that day, and my OB encouraged me to buy a nursing bra that had a pocket in the cup where I could insert nursing pads. I brought the 2 back I had bought as they didn’t have such a pocket, and Clerk #605 took the return personally. She argued with me that there was no such bra, and she said «hopefully the person who told you about this bra isn’t the same person who fit your original bra.» I told her that I was only going by my OB’s advice as this was my first child. She continued to argue with me that there was no such bra, and that she would know about it if it did exist etc. I left there and vowed I would never go back there.

This place is FABULOUS!!! Yes, you pay the money but the quality of their products and service is absolutely worth every penny!!! GO THERE! RUN!!! Do not pass go!!! :)

Bra shopping, for me, is usually an alone experience. I don’t want help, I want to get in and out with something that fits, and makes the girls look somewhat decent. After too many times, getting something that I THOUGHT fit and wound up being horribly uncomfortable, I decided to get fitted.
Went to Lady Grace, was greeted by a nice older sales lady, that reminded me of someones sweet old grandma. Asked grandma sales lady to be fitted, grandma sales lady took one look at me and said I was wearing the wrong size… Voila, now I have bras that fit.
Great selection, hit them during a sale and the prices aren’t horrible.

The women at this location are great. Every time I’ve gone in they’ve been very helpful and listened to what I was looking for in a bra. They also have people who are trained to help people who have had mastectomies.
They even pulled out their information to let me know what my insurance would cover after my mastectomy. They didn’t seem to mind that I came in just to ask questions about post mastectomy bras.
There are bras for everything and everyone, not just larger breasted women like myself. I even bought quite the sexy bra that I wore to the last Unilocal Elite event.

I cannot say enough good things about this store!
I am 22 years old and have never been able to fit into Victoria’s secret stuff but was too petite to wear anything from Lane Bryant. After years of pricey department stores and poor fittings and brands that wear out in a month someone recommended Lady Grace.
The store is in a crappy strip mall where half the stores are shut down, and when I first walked in I thought the stuff looked more like my mothers stuff…
After a few SECONDS of walking around trying to find the elusive DD+ I thought I was I was approached by one of the women there, who immediately could tell I had no clue and was in desperate need of a fitting. I figured she would just measure you in the middle of the store like they do at macys or Vikki’s but she ushered me into a dressing room.
After the measurement the fitting went into full swing. She brought be every type of bra in every color under the sun, would have my try it on and do some adjustments and viola! I was about 3 cup sizes off (I was in boob denial and was actually larger haha) and had 5 different style bras to leave with even types i never would have thought I could pull off in everything from basic nude to black frilly lace!
The price ranges from cheapo/​very reasonable to high-​end lingerie.
**Just went back today to see if they had a bathing suit and I got a BEAUTIFUL one piece that is very youthful and makes my body look amazing, a tankini average good support, and a beach coverup all for under $ 150!!! I used to have to go to specialty stored to find DD+ suits and one bathing suit would be $ 160.

Hmmm. Why didn’t I come here when I was younger? It would have saved a lot of frustration. Lady Grace specializes in fitting bras. I usually buy my undies at Macy’s. This is not your Macy’s type experience. Tell the lady what you need and she will help you pick out a couple bras. She will then in a no nonsense New England matron kind of way help you judge the fit of the bra and bring you others if the first one wasn’t just right.
Most of the time they sell at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price. Twice a year they have a sale. I paid $ 34 for the one I bought and I think it would have been $ 26 on sale. They have a frequent buyer type card called an «Extra Value» card but I don’t get the concept because using it only saves 2%. The web site may have lower prices than the store does.
