DON’T LETJAMESFIXYOURWATCH! I went to Precision time on July 15th, to get my watch battery replaced by James. I left my watch and came back in 10 minutes. He told me that he couldn’t get the back off and go to the other watch kiosk in the mall to see if they could do it. Before I left the counter, I noticed my watch was completely cracked off. James was going to give me my watch back without telling me that he damaged it. He said sorry and told me I could purchase another watch for $ 10. Really! He should have given me a watch instead of trying to sell me. Then he said he could repair it but it will take 4 – 6 weeks. I shouldn’t have to wait for something that long when he broke it. He then stated«come one it’s only $ 40!» I spoke to the manager and they said the best way to get it fixed is get it sent to their repair center. 2 months later I still don’t have a refund or my watch!

I used their battery replacement service for five of my watches since last year. The batteries they put must work atleast for one full year(according to what they said) One battery died in 8 months and another one in 6 months. Don’t waste your money here!

Ok, So, they took care of me this time. I am rescinding my previous Unilocal. As long as you deal with a certain gentleman you will likely have a good experience. I will be back.

I really enjoyed the deals that were offered on Precision Time’s website. They offer«off the truck» sales and accept groupons. I bought a groupon and purchased a $ 500 watch that was marked down to their off the truck sale and only paid $ 30. I loved it so much I bought another one in a different color for the same discounted price. Within two weeks the face fell off so I brought it to the Precision time kiosk in the Braintree mall. The first time I went there the manager was complaining about how he hated his job and was very short with me. I had to leave my watch there for repair, went back a week later only to test my face and saw it still wasn’t fixed. They then sent the watch out and said I would hear back in 2 – 3 weeks. After a month I had not heard anything and called the manufacturer, who stated the kiosk signed for it 10 days prior and failed to call me. When I went to pick up the watch it was completely replaced with I appreciated and the manager(same as before) offered to size it for me. Once I got home my watch fell off of my wrist because the manager didn’t secure the pins correctly. I had to go back again to have it fixed. Then I brought my other watch to have a link taken out as well, by now the manager remembered me and sized them on the spot, however when I was walking away I heard him complaining to his sales associate how I was always, after dropping my watch in front of me mind you. Overall, I love the website and sales that are offered but the customer service at the Braintree mall is extremely poor and I would never purchase from the kiosk.
