Bad Customer Service.
We entered the store around 8:35 PM; 25 minutes before the mall/​store closes because I’ve realized that I forgot to look for pillows. Upon entering a store, we saw the sales associate at the counter– looking at us. He didn’t even come up to us to greet or asked if we need help with anything in particular. He just stayed at his counter. Doing absolutely nothing. So I went ahead and took a couple pillows to try out on the bed to see which one I would like. I was puzzled about how it works until I seen that I was suppose to choose an outside cover and another pillows to put in the cover to try out. It was all new to me because I’ve never stepped foot into a sleep number store before. But I’ve probably tried out 5 – 6 pillows and I didn’t find what I would like. Still; the guy did not approach us.
I can understand that your store is about to close, but it’s not. It’s not like I’ve walked in 1 minute before closing time either. With that being Said, when I went into the car, I told my husband that that was rude of the sales associate to stand there. My hubs said that he even made eye contact with him SEVERAL times and he still didn’t budge. My husband also told me he walked into this store the day before Christmas, and no one even approached him to ask if he needed help.
