The Children’s Place

Horrible, horrible store. It’s only getting a star because I have to choose a star review.
I went in to exchange some items my son received for Christmas. I could barely walk with an umbrella stroller, so right off the bat I was annoyed.
The service was awful. The first person I talked to, I told I needed to exchange some stuff and she gave me a nasty look and told me «she’ll help you at the counter.» So I went up to the counter, and explained I only wanted a bigger size. She said «you should’ve…» with no explanation of what I «should have» done. Told me to sign, thrust cash at me, pointed to the back and said «his size is over there.»
Couldn’t find what I was looking for, couldn’t navigate the store, and couldn’t get any help. I won’t be going back. I don’t like the atmosphere.
Too bad, because the clothes were adorable.

I LOVE Childrens Place, Just not this one!!!
First off its a childrens store… Im gonna have a carriage, or somthing equivalent (that big Fire Trucky thing the mall rents)… So dont look at me when I continue to bump into the pole in the middle of the store with said carriage… Its not my fault that your executive offices decided to build a floor plan that is not constructive to a good traffic flow…
and then they are ALWAYS out of my sons size, and inventory in general is always very low… I just dont love this location and hate that its the one I frequent the most because Im in this mall most often!!!
