My husband bought me a ring from zales and it has been an absolute nightmare. He went in and asked Barbara the sales lady for a cushion cut diamond ring. She sold him a round diamond and he was none the wiser until I looked at it and told him it wasnt the cushion he thought it was. I’ve tried everything to return this ring. Customer service reps don’t respond to emails or phone calls. The only time there was a return call at all was when Barbara took it upon herself to call my husband and tell him I hate the gift he just bought me. We wasted $ 6000 on something that sits in the box because they took advantage of my husbands lack of diamond knowledge. To top it off it’s turning yellow(white gold ring) after three months and I have only worn it a handful of times. Poor quality ring, poor quality service. This has caused so much stress in our life and on our relationship and zales does not care because they made their sale. DONOTBUYFROMHERE!!!
