15 mins. Wait just for a damn cup of tea and a cutie!?! Really? If you’re gonna have a family of 50 ordering the whole damn refrigerator… calmly and politely advise those hungry beasts’ to pull over in the reserved area so the line isn’t backed up. And let the people go thru who only order something simple it’s not that complicated, it’s called «thinking outside the box» logical analysis of simple solutions ohhhh but I guess it’s McDonalds so simplicity or brain power usage is not a necessity?

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in awhile. Waited 10 min for 2 mc muffins and they got the order wrong. Then waited another 5 mins for the right order. Also charged the wrong amount and no apologies. They weren’t even busy so I don’t get it.

Absurd. I just moved to the area and came to the drive thru to get an easy yogurt parfait. I had a sleeping baby in the car so I didn’t just run in; I decided to use the drive thru. There were only about 3 cars in line but the drive thru took FOREVER. Way too long to get something so simple.
They do have a 24 hour drive thru which is incredibly convenient and I can definitely see myself coming back. I just hope the line moves a little faster.

sorry to see the negative reviews on this Mcdonalds. the few times we stopped here food was hot and fresh. nice people too. the one in Flemington on Reaville Ave has their ups and downs. we always ask for fries with no salt then they are hot. otherwise they aren’t. a bit slow at their drive thru. sometimes don’t get the order right or give you something you didn’t order.

TERRIBLE customer service. The young guy with the Orange shirt and Buzzed hair is just tooooo cool for school. Looks like he had a glaze over his eyes and is staring 1 mile past you. He ignored me when I asked for my recite and proceded to talk to the next customer as I’m still standing at the counter. I think he’s worked he a little too long to care anymore. I said, «how’s it going», and, «thank you.» Both times he didn’t respond. Such a same. This McDonald’s is going full speed down hill.

The sign on the window said the drive thru is open 24 hours. I was stopping to get something to eat for myself and my boyfriend after a very long day out at around 1am. We pulled in and saw 2 women sitting at a table. We pull around to the speaker, no one answered so I honked my horn, again no one answered. I pulled up to the window… no answer so I left after several attempts. If you’re not a 24 hour drive thru then you shouldn’t advertise that you are… that’s false advertising and bad business.

Food is fine and staff are friendly and professional. I have stopped here at least six times n the past few months. The issue at this McDonalds is that it is consistently the slowest fast food restaurant I have patronized.

very small eat in area, staff seemed like they were asleep at the wheel, food was ok but what a tough lot to get around, it being so small makes it even more dangerous, whoever designed this location should be shot

The two stars is only for he taste of the food. The server did not remember if they put sugar in my coffee. The prices are the highest I have seen at any McDonald’s. The manager had no idea how to run the front of the store. Complete chaos. Highly recommend not stoping here.
