I had nothing close to what the other reviewer experienced. Our dryer had been badly dented in a cross-​country move and was making a terrible noise. It worked, but we were afraid of causing damage internally, or God forbid, a fire. I called and experienced friendly and pleasant service and was offered a same day appointment, which I actually declined and took one the following day as I was traveling for work and needed to line someone up to be there. Phil showed up within the time frame given and made quick work of knocking the dent out to our satisfaction (it is against the wall anyway, so no one will see it. The dryer is actually quieter now than when we bought it! The fee was reasonable and Phil was friendly and professional. AND because I was out of town, I was able to call and pay by phone. I have no hesitation recommending these folks if you ever need a repair!

Negative 10 rating. Unbelievably arrogant and rude. I wouldn’t let this guy anywhere near my house! He said he was the owner and called me a smart and and hung up me! After his employee promised a heads up phone call for us to drive home from work. Extremely unprofessional!
