Extremely helpful staff! Not pushy with sales, but actually helpful. I got a pair of flats for Christmas that ended up being too small. Didn’t have my size in store, the girl offered to order them to be delivered to my house BUT then she offered to stretch my current pair. She stretched them & they’re perfect. I appreciate her help & that she didn’t just try to rush me out.

Over the past few years I have bought several pairs of shoes from Aldo in the Brandon mall. On one occasion a few years back I had an issue with a pair of shoes coming apart at the seems. After expressing much concern the manager reluctantly replaced them with a new pair. A few months back I bought the same style a dress loafer and in no time the sole of the shoe literally broke in half. Thinking this shoe still looks brand new and clearly has a defect I took them in to the store and the manager who told me her name was Star first tells me she was going to replace them, them reversed her decision without any reason. Needless to say I was not happy with the rudeness of this person nor the quality of the shoe. I will not be shopping for Aldo shoes ever again as clearly the quality of this shoe is poor. If I could write the review with 0 stars I would!

I’ve never met so many rude employees in one company. Two stores in the Tampa area were completely unapologetic for their screw up. I fail to see why I should be treated like a burden when I just want a refund for boots that I already payed for and didn’t receive. After being on hold for 20 minutes twice, getting disconnected the first time, and then getting attitude when I tried to return leather conditioner for a product I’ll never receive(she apathetically asked me if I had any OTHER leather products that I could use it on; I fail to see how it’s my problem that I have leather conditioner and no boots, but I digress.) I can safely say this’ll be my first and last transaction at ALDO. As a millennial that’s worked in retail for six years I’ve learned never to shoot the messenger and not to expect anything extravagant, but a lack of attitude would have been nice on all fronts.
