All About Puppies

The only reason i’m giving this a one 1 star is because there“s no zero. It is a Puppy mill. the people are rude and nasty. never would i go there again.

My son and I stopped in to visit with the puppies; we were considering getting a pet and wanted to explore all options. As soon as I saw the sign out front stating fast, easy approval and low monthly payments, I knew this probably wasn’t the place for me… I’m not very interested in financial anything, especially a family pet. We went inside anyway. I was immediately advised that I had to hand over my handbag so that it could be stored on an open shelf with a dozen other bags that weren’t being safeguarded. I obliged and went through the gate.
The place was small, disorganized, cold feeling, and a little crowded this day; but no bad odors… yay. We walked through and observed about 10 – 15 small dogs in small square, separate uncovered cages. Most of the animals were sleeping or looked listless (tired of being handled?).
We spent about 5 minutes browsing and looking at the dogs before my son, who looked completely disinterested, said he wanted to leave. As we reached the exit, I stood there waiting for acknowledgement for several minutes before finally sending my son over to the counter to retrieve my bag, and then we left.
I am not sure I could ever tell the difference between a pet that had been financed, and one that was free or «bargain priced», but I am not sure I really care either. These animals didn’t look any better (perhaps worse) than the ones we visited at the Humane Society a few days later. Consider adopting a pet. It’s much cheaper, and they won’t love you any less.

I just bought a puppy from this pet store this week. They lied to me about our financing contract and now the dog that we originally purchased for 1800 is over 4,000 because of the financing. I am appalled! When I called the pet store yesterday to discuss this matter the employee stated to me that they don’t technically lie to customers but they just say what they are told to say about each financing options. I wanted to return the dog, so I called another number they gave me and the lady was very nasty and told me I couldn’t return the dog as it had been over 72 hours and it was my fault because I put a signature on the contract. I will not ever do business with this company again as now I am battling trying to get out of paying over 4,000 for an 1800.00 puppy. BEWARE!

This place sucks… complete waste of money and time. First of all, These dogs are being sold with UABC papers. Do the research and you will find that UABC is more of a place where puppy mills can fool the public and say their dogs are registered. The only valid registry in the U.S. is AKC so don’t fall for this. Secondly, The English bulldog I purchased from here was not pure breed. I contacted the customer service number to discuss the matter and the owner or whoever she was rude and hung up in my face. Considering we spent over 4k for this dog, I am highly disappointed with this place of business and I wouldn’t recommend All About Puppies to my worst enemies.

Before anyone freaks out, we did not go here to buy a dog!
My grandsons love puppies, so we stop by every now and then so they can get their fill. We own two pugs of our own, both bought directly from the breeder.
The place is clean, doesn’t smell and offers many different breeds for you to check out. Good place to check out the breed you may be interested in, then go to a breeder to buy it. Puppies seemed healthy and we’re excited for any attention they got. they are checked out by a Vet before they are able to be handled, which is a good thing! Of course we wanted to take them all home but with prices from $ 1400-​$ 4000 each, who could afford doing that?
Can’t say they get their pups from a puppy mill, but I cannot imagine any reputable breeder selling their pups to this kind of place. I just consider it a pricey rescue center!

Wife and I stopped in here with our 4 year old grandsons so they could have some face time with puppies than our own 2 Pugs whom they love mightily. Now last I checked this was a free country and we are free to do business with whoever we care to so who ever made that comment when I checked in please read the Constitution or move the «F» elsewhere. Where I purchase my whatever’s is my biz and I don’t need you, or anyone else, giving me crap. Way too old for that.
All About Puppies is just that. Nothing else, well maybe puppy supplies, but if you want to see a bunch of different breeds in one place this is it. By the way, my next dog will probably be a Rescue dog.
Cute as hell, way overpriced, my recommendation is go here, experience a few breeds, they have little gated fenced areas to «experience» the pup out of the crate and then find a reputable breeder. $ 1400 for the Boston Terrier and $ 4000 for the French Bulldog was way too much.
The place is clean, doesn’t smell and the pups are eager to play.

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. On my first visit to all about puppies, I had a blast looking around and playing with the dogs. During my second visit, I was harassed constantly by the owner. She followed me around and after telling her that I am not a first time visitor, she yelled across the room to her evidently brain washed employees asking «have you seen her before?». Obviously they wouldn’t remember my face as i had only been twice, with probably a year in between visits. They told her that I didn’t look familiar and she resumed harassing me for my ID and continued to loom over me while I browsed. Her employees wear flip flops… I mean… Really? The establishment is all around dirty, unprofessional and unorganized. I will be dead and buried before I return, or suggest this store to ANYBODY. A pure joke of a business!
