The name says it all. Bed, bath and beyond. Pretty much anything you need for your home, you can find it here. The have a large selection of everything for your home including a large amount of kitchen supplies. To me they are a great place for gifts and furnishing your home. The only reason for the missing star is due to some of their products just being cheap and not of high quality. They have the high quality products and I understand you get what you pay for, just on the occasion when you get the cheap product it’s a let down. For this location the customer service is always great and they are always willing to help. If they do not have your item in stock they will order it deliver with no charge. If you do not have a 20% off coupon, wait for one you can find one, either in the mail, via the Internet or in a weekly circular in your area. Only caution as the holiday season approaches, the Brandon mall gets packed and traffic can be miserable on the area.

Visiting from CA, I HAD to pop in to this local BB&B to grab my beloved Yes To Blueberries moisturizer, which was running low before I flew out — eeek! And there is just no other store I’m aware of on Earth that carries it without fail. From CA to FL, this store was just as reliable, well stocked and easy to navigate as my local stores. It’s nice to know even far from home, visiting such a great reputable chain can be a reliable and consistent experience.

I have mixed feelings about BB and B due to one bad experience. It wasn’t at this location but the memory lingers. BBB has everything you need for your home except furniture and carpeting and and and.
I love going in and asking the greeter where the Beyond Dept is.

Poor Customer Service to say the least!
I was in BB&B yesterday to return and item that I had purchased although it was the wrong size. As I entered the store and went to the return counter, Jazmin, without a greeting what so ever yelled out «You have a return?». At no time during my transaction did Jazmin smile or even speak to me. As she tossed a pen and the return receipt to me for signature I asked «I suppose you would like for me to sign this?» Jazmin’s response was a snide, «Well yeah!!». I signed the receipt, she handed me my cash for which I thanked her and with out any response on Jazmin’s part (no «Thank you», «Have a nice evening» or «Good –bye».
As we all know, unfortunately a bad experience is shared with many and a good experience is shared with few. I would highly suggest Jazmin return for some much needed Customer Service training

Always a pleasure to do business. Even if I need to return something and don’t have a receipt. It’s never a problem. Always have what I need and salespeople always take you to the department and not just point. I’ve been to other and not quite as nice. So I make it a standard to go to Brandon. Worth the trip.

Courteous and friendly staff. Several different members offered to assist me in my shopping. Everyone was helpful, but not too pushy. Shortly after leaving the store, the glass bulb on and expensive item broke. I was totally embarrassed, but they let me go back and exchange it for a proper one. It made my day!

I’ve usually had reasonable luck with this store. They offer coupons for 20% off very regularly. I’m not exactly positive but I think you can go online to get on their mailing list (my coupons all come in my name, but it may be from setting up a wedding registry here at one point). They have a wide selection of kitchen items and a so-​so selection of everything else. It is a bit on the pricey side so I tend to only go when I have a coupon. I don’t often interact with the employees here as I can typically easily find everything on my own. They’ve added a large drug store type of section which I don’t exactly understand but I suppose more items is good.

This company is a survivor from the recession, barely. The selection has changed, their ads are confusing, their stores literally smell like some incense candle.
Went inside to look for a chair they had in there ad and could not find this chair. I asked around for help and it was a convention of idiots. All I got was a bunch of «ums» and blank stares when I showed them the ad.
Also it is my family’s turn to host thanksgiving so we needed some additional supplies as well. The basics is what these guys are good for: baster, platter, thermometer, etc. If you are looking for dishes, order them on-​line. Their displays are even contradictory and confusing. No thanks here, when I asked them to explain something about the sets it was the return of the idiots.
If you know what you need then this place is good, if you need service go elsewhere, this is a time that I miss Linens N Things. Oh well, I guess I will be going to the mall or
from now on for these things.
