We used Big Lou’s for a Youth Growth Event we held during our Youth Service and it was PHENOMENAL! Communications between myself and Big Lou directly were constant and precise. His team showed up, surveyed everything, made adjustments where needed and we were ready to go! I would highly recommend Big Lou’s for your next party or event. And aside from the fact that they were the best price in town, I’m a stickler for Great Customer Service; I just what I desired!

We have been using Big Lou’s for the past 3 years and could not be more pleased. We have used them for bouncie house rentals also tent, table and chair rentals. We have used them for personal parties and with our non profit events. Their prices are reasonable and they have a wide variety of equipment. Their customer service is excellent and their deliveries are prompt. I recommend this company to all of my friends and will continue using them for our party and event needs. This is a wonderful company with great people. I won’t go anywhere else for my party needs.

We ordered a bounce house for our sons birthday. We got the bounce house the day before, which was unexpected but made the kids super happy! It was clean, and set up right where we asked. The drivers were polite and worked quickly. They picked it up later after the party. We would recommend them to everyone!

Excellent service and at reasonable prices. They were on time called to confirm my rental and gave me a two hour window for delivery. Showed up on time and the unit was clean. The delivery guys were professional and courteous. Sometimes they pick up late into the evening but you will never know they were there to pick up. Will use again.

I have rented tables and chairs from Big Lous Bouncies and have been beyond satisfied. Reserving the tables and chairs was so easy all was done on line. They are very professional and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I received a confirmation phone call the day before giving me the approximate time of delivery. The crew came few hours before my event just like they said, they were very courteous and professional. The tables and chairs were very clean. Definitely will use their services again.
