Horrible service. After waiting too long last time after they knew my husband was a brain injury patient we had to reschedule. NEVER were we told he would need to go through everything again including getting dilated when we came back!!! And there is «nothing» the tech can do. So upset. Never coming back and letting everyone know about this place! They need to learn more about patient care!

Have had superb care provided by Dr. Henderson and Dr. Oliva. The staff was all very friendly and I was seen quickly on my scheduled visit. Highly recommended for any eye care issues.

Had the opportunity to visit BCCEC for a second opinion after a disappointing experience form another specialist in Pinellas County. I downloaded the forms from their website prior to my visit and the wait to be seen was relatively short. All of the staff that I encountered both during my visit and by phone to book it were very polite and professional. Saw Dr. Cyriac who was very polite, professional and informative. He wasn’t rushed like so many can be and answered all of my questions. Very pleased with the experience and will definitely go back next year for a follow-​up visit…

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. The minimum wait time is 3 hours and the norm is usually 4 – 5 hours. The office staff seems to think this is acceptable and look at you like you’re crazy if you question it. Unless you have an entire day to waste I recommend you find another physician to go to.

It’s just awful how they operate. My parents are in they late 80’s so I drive them to see the eye doctor. While the doctor’s here maybe good here, they make you wait FOREVER. I HAVE TO TAKE A VACATION DAY TO TAKE MY PARENTS TO THE EYE DOCTOR. My parents are in they late 80’s so I drive them. We waited 5 hours to see the doctor recently. The appointment was for 11:00 am, we were called back at 1:00 pm (and no we did not pack a lunch, nor do they serve lunch). We finally saw the doctor at 4:00 PM. They should ashamed of treating patients like this. This not the first time this has happened. Take my advice find a nice eye doctor that cares about his/​her patients. 5 hours really, ridiculous.
