Unreliable !!! After booking — I sent-​Mike a text with address and time to Mike. He never got back to me — 5 min after pick up time I texted again with no reply– then 9 mins after pick up time I called it went right to voice mail — I left message, again no return call until I called one of the other owners. Then Mike called saying never received texts (don’t forget/​I left VM! Too)
I missed an appointment and was charged for missed appointment! Thanks for your services NOT!!!
