This place was once awful, but has improved considerably over the last year or so. After many months of repeatedly calling to refill a prescription, then them having no record of it, things have finally improved. They now seem to fill scripts on time. The staff that used to be awful is also much more friendly. They do however operate extremely behind schedule. If you schedule the first appointment of the day at 8am, you can realistically expect to be seen around 9:30. Otherwise they’re pretty good. Dr. Sandhu is friendly and thorough.

This place is also known as Brandon walk– in clinic. The good: Dr Moneer Mansour was great. Thorough, knowledgable, not rushed. The unpleasant: The Unsmiling, commanding, lackadaisical, piss-poor attitude of receptionist/weight taker/blood pressure taker girl(same person). Not sure why she was even in the profession. Took over an hour to be seen even though we were 3rd in line. On a Sunday. Mid day. Of course, the doctor was unrushed with us, so he may have been that way with the other folks in front of us. Apparently, there was only one doctor on duty — A good one though. The bottom line: Once we got past the surly receptionist and the long wait, the treatment was pretty good. If you’re willing to hang in there and be patient, you will be happy.
