I have never had a bad experience here (or at an Chick-​fil-​a for that matter). The service here is so good that I can understand why there aren’t many reviews. You just leave happy and don’t even think anything of it. Also, I came here once on a Saturday as soon as lunch started for a chicken sandwich and they gave me a breakfast entrée for FREE, i guess to clear the inventory. Not sure if this is a secret thing or just depends on who is at the window, but I was so surprised and it made my day. And it wasn’t an accident, the nice lady at the window informed me that she was giving it to me. Please don’t change. I love your salads too!

Best customer service in the fast food industry. They consistently have the friendliest staff and most professional management. Going above and beyond is just a normal day for them. They’ve turned on the oven to make chicken minis in the evening when my son didn’t feel well and had to get a shot. They’ve told us to come back and pay for our meal after my wife couldn’t find her debit card in her purse. And you never feel rushed or like a bother even when there’s a line of cars around the building. Well done, Mr Hayes.
