Excellent ! Ive been a client for years and will remain loyal ! Everytime I go, i get beautiful hand painted designs by Lien! She impresses me every time. Not only are they hand drawn she uses the shellac to do it! My nails last for multiple weeks. Lien and her husband Ty always do their best to make you smile and want to make you happy with your service!
My husband even enjoys the pedicures ! Won’t go anywhere else!

Lynn & her husband are the dynamic duo! They both do an excellent job doing Nails! Ty sticks with hands & is outstanding! Lynn does it ALL & she is amazing!!! & very talented with art work! Pics don’t even do her justice but will give u an example of some of her talent! If u wanna get creative, bring her a pic & she will do her best to make it happen!
Customer service is truly exceptional! She always stays late to satisfy her customers & will do what it takes to make u happy!!!

This place is alway very busy, clearly they are unstaffed. I stopped in twice before but left because i didn’t want to wait. Stopped in on a Wednesday just after opening & there were 4 people there already and only 2 techs working. The owner showed up about 30 minutes later and another tech 30 minutes after that.
For a gel soak & manicure took 1 hour. They don’t have the gel polishes that match your toes. I was a little irritated since I asked the guy when I 1^st walked in and he assured me that he did. The owner did my gel mani, twice I had to communicate how I wanted them shaped. Pretty basic square with round edges.
There appears to be some animosity between the female owner & one of the Hispanic girls who works there. They were arguing right in front of me about her appointments.
My pedi was done by the Giselle. She did an ok job. There is a TV in the pedi area and she kept looking up to watch it a lot when doing my pedi. I would rather she just paid attention to my feet. She always had both feet out of the water at same time. Normally its one in and one out while they are working. I was wearing a skirt and had to ask for a towel for my lap. normally they just give you one. The other Hispanic lady was doing a pedi next to me at the same time. She started 15 minutes before me and I finished 5 minutes ahead of her, it was the fastest pedi I have ever had. Pedi was less than 25 minutes from sit sown to dry. Giselle did clean the tub between clients.
I am incredibly disappointed as I am looking for a great nail salon in the Brandon/​Valrico area and cannot seem to find one. Guess I will keep going to St. Pete to get my nails done!
