I arrived a little early, we started a little early. I received a very good 90 minute massage at a good price because I used a Groupon. The place was clean & quiet.

Was very nice. I never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for the owner to start the massage. I enjoyed my massage and the owner even said shed Continue to give me massages at the price I paid for groupon. It’s a nice place for massages.

I had a Groupon with these guys around a month ago, and I was treated extremely well. I was massaged by a young man who was very chatty and very skilled. I believe his name was Tony if memory serves me. I met the owner as well and was quite impressed. The spa was a bit hard to find, but when I called for directions, Tony walked out front and helped me find the place. I am a medical professional and have been self-employed before so I understand the difficulties of running a small business and am more forgiving than most people. The previous complaints I’ve read on here did not fall on deaf ears(or maybe blind eyes?) but I was treated very well when I visited. I just purchased another Groupon and will be seeing these guys again this week. It’s hard for me to find a decent and affordable spa experience in the area in which I live and these folks did a PHENOMENAL job. I work hard for my money and am happy to help out a small business with good people :) Signed, Your friendly neighborhood respiratory therapist.

Strongly not recommended. Purchased a Groupon deal for a 1-hour massage and 10-minute mud treatment… That would be 70-minutes right? More like 50. It wasn’t even mud. It was oil. And the massage was just a quick rub. I don’t think she’s a licensed therapist. My appointment was also rescheduled without me knowing(4 hours after the original appointment). Good thing I called to reconfirm before I showed up. The«spa» is in a hole. It’s small and it’s not aesthetic pleasing. Don’t waste your money.

Awful awful awful. I tried to get in for several months to redeem a groupon but they were always unavailable for various personal reasons that they freely told me. I am a student with a wide open schedule and it took me months to get in. So I finally had an appointment to use the groupon and I drove out from Lakeland to wait in the waiting room 20 minutes and have the nail tech not show up! How is that acceptable business? The owner didn’t even apologize. I left immediately and called groupon demanding my money back. I’m considering emailing groupon urging them to never offer groupons for this awful business again.

I had a 4pm appointment and 2 more customers and I arrived at the same time and sat in the lobby filling out paperwork. While we filled out paperwork we had to listen to the spa workers confusing and unprofessional conversation. I don’t like it when spa workers discuss logistical & administrative work in front of me. It reminds me of work & takes away my relaxation. About 10 minutes after 4, they seated me in an uncomfortable dim lit office type room with«Maury» playing on a small tv. My 1st impression was this location is not as clean and serene feeling how I like a spa to be, but I was still optimistic. I wasn’t really sure what was going on so I sat there for over 45 minutes when someone stuck their head in to check on me, she said that the other lady forgot about me and my paraffin hand & foot treatment. So I did not get my 1st treatment like I was supposed to. It was time for my 30 min facial — that was a good experience. The facialist was good at what she did and the products were natural and seemed great for my skin. I looked pass my initial experience. After the facial I went back to the uncomfortable office like room now the local news was on, the owner came in & finally did my paraffin treatment & wrapped my hands & feet. One hour later someone poked their head in to check on me, it was after 6 pm(and I was bored at this point) so I politely told them I had to leave because I had to be somewhere @ 7 pm & if it was possible to reschedule my massage. She went to check & came back to ask where I had to be at 7, I politely told her my nanny leaves at 7(not sure why I had to give an explanation). At this point it was after 6:30 so I decided to leave without getting the massage. I did not want to be at this spa for over 3.5 hours, it was just not relaxing enough. As I walked out I smiled and said sorry can’t wait and the owner just sat in the corner & sarcastically said«bye». It was the worse spa experience I have ever had. The next day after I sent a poor review back to Living Social, the spa called back to apologize about my experience and to reschedule my massage, but since I had such an uncomfortable experience I declined on the massage. I will not be returning to this spa even if the treatment is free.

Pass. My sister bought a livingsocial deal for a massage and facial here a couple of months back and scheduled us an appointment while she was visiting for a weekend. We ended up being late 15 minutes and they refused to let us get the massage even after we stated we would take whatever short time was left. They didn’t even offer to help us reschedule but kept pointing to the sign on the wall giving them the choice to cancel our appointment if we were late. My sister who flew in from out of state only for the weekend was irate but we decided we would reschedule during the week and let our parents go who were visiting in town. My parents unfortunately didn’t have a really great experience either. They reported the massage staff themselves were attentive and the massages were excellent. However, the ownership has some serious management issues. Since they couldn’t give us a couples appointment, my parents had to schedule an appointment a few hours in between. The appointment in the afternoon was scheduled for 1 pm and they arrived there at 12:45 just to be on the safe side given the prior bad experience. Apparently the owners don’t communicate because no one showed up for the massage until 2 pm(for an appointment that was scheduled at 1pm)! The worst and final part was that I got a phone call telling me that they had not found one of the 2 vouchers(my parents gave them both in the beginning) from the deal and that if I didn’t get it to them, I’d owe them money for the 2nd massage. Not sure what type of relaxing spa image they are trying to portray but the entire experience left me w/a sense that they really don’t value new clients. I would suggest this place if you have a ton of free time maybe on a vaca to wait around for them to figure it out, otherwise if you’re like me trying to just get away for a few hours on a busy schedule, stick to a place that’s already figured it out.
