Cyberknife Centers of Tampa Bay Brandon

So my husband gets a 6:30AM appointment for Cyberknife and we arrive at 6:25. Office is completely dark and doors are locked. We try calling and message states hours are 8:00AM. I go around to employee entrance at 6:45 to find door unlocked and walk through their entire back office area calling out with no response. I finally come to the last section of the office and find an employee who then unlocks the door and let’s us in. He knew who we were and was expecting us. We tried to go to treatment area and was told he was not ready and machine «was warming up» really??? Probably did not get to work on time to prep machine. So cancer patient gets up at the crack of dawn drives 35 minutes to find no one is ready for his appointment. First impression is not good! Have 2 more appointments this week so hopefully better luck.
6:50AM and still waiting. Trust me I am use to waiting for medical appointments but usually because physician is backed up with other patients. Not because office is not ready or locked up.
