The stylist was great, but unfortunately they have a policy to keep credit cards on file to guarantee ANY service. Keeping credit cards on file for a haircut is not ok and does not protect clients.

Not happy… The stylist had no clue how to give me any hair cut ideas… She went and got a «master hair dresser «who was very short and snippy in her answer… Ended up with just highlights and no cut since both had no ideas how to cut my hair… Now I am walking around with yellow highlights… Not going back for sure

After not being fully satisfied with the average nail salons, I decided to splurge and see if the grass is truly greener in this spa. Well not only was it greener it was a field of freaking daisies! I opted for the signature mani and pedi. My nails were shaped to perfection, cuticles trimmed without the fear of drawing blood and the coconut sugar scrub was a nice touch. My pedicure was equally luxurious. Everything is personalized to your preferences. I love they offered drinks & refreshments (wine, cappuccino, tea crackers etc). Toni was very friendly, we chatted like old friends. She made me feel like a VIP guest even though it was my first visit. She went over and beyond, even drained and refilled the water during my pedi when the water started to get cool. There’s no way to beat around the bush on the price tag, yes it’s expensive but WELL worth it if your looking for flawless service. Goodbye sub par, hello luxury. #lifeisshort

You should believe every good review you read about this place! It’s reasonably priced for the services they offer, the staff is so polite and the facilities are clean and elegant. The waiting area has refreshments including tea, water and snacks. I went on my birthday one year and they offered me free mimosas! this place.

Brought my father in here for dad/​daughter pedicures. Got their Divine Island pedicures and i got Toni as my pedicurist… She was awesome and thorough… Took her time, was really sweet… And educated me on skin care and other options… Would absolutely come back. Spencer booked my appointment up front… He was very professional and courteous. The entire staff was warm, educated, and professional actually. Very clean spa and smells wonderful! Thank you guys for an awesome day!!!

The spa was amazing. When I walked in I was greeted by the front desk and was taken back to the spa area. By the way, my service there was the hydrofacial. The spa locker room was beautiful. I was given a robe and slippers. They have lockers so you can put your stuff in there and they lock so it’s safe. The waiting area was nice and quiet and they offered snacks.
The person that worked on me was Sophia. She was super sweet. I have had facials before, but the hydrofacial is different.
Overall my experience was amazing and I have already booked my next facial.

I had an excellent first experience. My waxed, Sonja, was nice and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable right away and walked me through everything she was doing. On your first visit you get 4 coupons which is nice, and they offer you a drink and snacks while you wait in a peaceful, relaxing environment. My eyebrows look great. I’ll be back

Good morning Unilocalers. So, I am off to pamper myself. I have heard good things about this place so I decided to give them a try. I started by first relying on my fellow Unilocalers, and I should because we are here to help each other and our community, and as a business if you are good it helps you as well.
So, it is noted that they open at 10am on Sunday. So, I get here at 10:30. The greeting was very pleasant and warm. I was asked if I had an appointment and when I said no I was told that they did not open until 11am. :-(. No worries, I could wait 30 minutes. I went and sat in my car to wait out my 30 minutes. The thing that was bothersome was that 4 other women women cam in after me and we’re taken back. I guess they had appointments?
I came back at 11am and was again greeted warmly and aked if I would like a glass of wine, coffee. Mimosa! Oh, okay. Mimosa it is! :-)
Tammie, my tech was fabulous! I felt like I was talking to someone I knew forever! She really made me feel welcomed and relaxed.
The massage chair was the best. And it was nice and quiet.
It is a little pricey. 50.00 for a pedicure but they gave me 20% off coupon to use for my first visit. The price was well worth it because the service was FABULOUS. Thank you Tammie for the awesome service. :-)

Just finished a 3.5 spa day for my 40^th. Staff has been awesome! I had the Slim Is In package plus a 75 min Swedish Massage :) First time here and definitely not my last! Samantha went out of her way to help me with a gift certificate concern… and Hue (Whey) is nothing short of AMAZING!

Reviewing a men’s haircut:
The atmosphere of this place isn’t bad. What is bad is their «new talent.» The good news is that my hair grows extremely fast, so I’ll have to patiently wait 3 – 4 weeks so I can get another haircut, at another salon. To avoid ruining my stylist’s reputation, I will only say it was a male stylist who is listed on their site as «new talent» as of April 2015.
The haircut isn’t terrible but it surely isn’t blended well and I have found quite a few patches of hair that weren’t even. Even my hairline around my ear is messed up now.
Long story short, guys: save the $ 25 for some product that will help you style your overgrown hair until you can find some real talent. If you have a very basic hairstyle, this place may be able to handle it, but I would assume that’s about it.

Reviewing for spa and massage:
My massage therapist was Kristina. She did a fantastic job and make me feel extremely comfortable. I had a 75 minute Swedish massage and instantly felt better as she began to work. She worked out my knots and stress and really put all of her effort into working on me. Having had massages before, being comfortable with the therapist is a must for me. She exceeded all of my expectations. I wish I could see her monthly. I would if I could afford it!
The showers in the spa are amazing. It has a raining head and side faucets. I could have stayed in the shower forever! The robes provided are comfortable and the lounging area after you have spa services is quiet and relaxing with snacks, water, and hot tea.
I look forward to coming back for more spa services and trying out their hair salon as well!

I thought I was getting a good haircut. First the Stylist was waiting on another customer at the same time I was getting my haircut. She had another girl wash my hair, that was ok. Then as she was cutting my hair, I felt like she was in a hurry. She only wanted to cut the bangs and bottom of my length. I had to ask her to trim up the layers. When she started blow drying, she called over the assistant to finish blow drying. When she came back to me, she was breathing heavy, like she was in a hurry to get through. She cut my bangs a half inch above my eyebrows, when I kept asking her, right at the eyebrows. I hate this haircut. Not very professional if they have to take care of two customers at the same time. Now I have to live with this for two weeks, for my bangs to grow to normal length, plus they look crooked.

I have been going to this spa for five months and I love it. Amazing customer service! ! I see Diana for my Diva curl process, my hair hasn’t looked better. I would recommend this spa to anyone.

I love this place! I have curly and very thick hair and Mei works wonders with my hair! The staff is always friendly and welcoming! If you are looking for someone to cut your curly hair come see Mei she is awesome!

My b/​f got me a gift cert here for my birthday two years ago … and I have been going ever since. I go here to escape and to be honest get pampered. The spa is heavenly and I have NEVER had a problem. Each haircut, blowout or color has been done professionally and with a staff that is friendly and sincere.
I won’t let anyone else do my nails but my girl Nancy! She is exceptional at her job and she always makes me laugh and makes me feel special. The laughing maybe an after effect of the free Mimosas/​Wine. but hey that is part of the package deal when you come here so leave your worries behind.
I highly recommend — and if you book packages online and setup repeat appts you get discounts :) bonus !!!

This place is gorgeous! It’s wonderfully managed, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the stylist help you out when even you aren’t sure what you want to do with your hair.
I see Stephanie S. for my hair needs, she’s friendly and upbeat and knows what she’s doing. I have curly hair just past my shoulder and can never find someone who knows how to cut curly hair. She did an amazing job leaving my hair light allowing my curls to be more bouncy. I swear she’s the only person who can get my hair straightened during the hot humid summers in Florida.
Don’t be shy, grab a Mimosa or some wine, they offer it.
Books your services here just once and you will want to return no doubt. This coming from someone who lives about 30 miles from here.

There is a promotion running: cutting and coloring with their new stylists for $ 99 (for long hair.) My stylist was Ricky and he is very good at picking the right color tones for me. I also love the company’s customer services, staffs are friendly and polite.
Online booking system is awesome as well!

This is a full service salon and spa. It is nicely decorated which promotes a relaxing environment.
The concierge staff is generally friendly but definitely efficient. They are adamant that the guests not wait long for their services. So if you are in the lobby more than 5 minutes, they are checking on the staff member. They always offer me a beverage.
I get my nails done regularly. Some times I include a pedicure. Tammie is my absolute favorite and she is amazing. I don’t know how she manages to remember what we talk about visit after visit… but she does. We have lots in common so I love our visits. Brandy also does a nice job and is very sweet.
My hair is a big priority for me so I am very particular about my color. I’ve had a few different stylists. None of them have made me as happy as Sharon. She is relatively new, but she really listened to me. She delivered the exact shade of blonde I prefer. Again, the staff works hard to make you comfortable.
They offer online booking for appointments. It is not the best system, but it is also not the worst system. It is convenient for making appointments after hours. The automated reminders are excellent.
