My first time at the new store, I haven’t been to the older store in a while and didn’t realize it was closed. This is new format is so much better than the other store, the store itself is nicely laid out with plenty of room and a wide selection from casual to formal. They also had an abundance of sizes which is usually an issue even at these places, I don’t have an issue finding my size, my issue is usually they don’t have the tall version available. I originally came here for a shirt and ended up buying much more on account they had the Taller sizes as well.
Customer service is top notch, they guys bend over backwards for you (wait that didn’t sound good) They couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful, very professional. The best way to describe it is, they treated me the same way as if I walked into a Brooks Brothers. Excellent footwear selection and lots of business attire to choose if your on a budget or looking for something more upscale.
Heads Up: They are set back off of 60 and is hard to see from the road., they are behind Kobe Ichiban restaurant which if you don’t know is on the north side of 60, near Staples.

Went there today with my guy and was not looking forward to it as he hates shopping. The staff at the store are EXCEPTIONAL! They were patient with him, so helpful & when they saw he was sweating bullets, they brought him & me bottled water. We are going to go back for a second visit as its overwhelming shopping for him however have to give perfect reviews for the staff. Only constructive feedback for the DXL company is to offer some sales or coupons.

Big and tall store, brand new to the area. The larges selection I have seen in a store of this type. The sales people are knowledgeable and having fun helping you. The prices are right for the clothing. Big and tall this is the place for you!
